CubX Inc. is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our new billing team in Panama. This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations by managing client billing processes, communicating effectively with customers, and maintaining accurate records. No prior billing experience is required, as CubX provides comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills. The ideal candidate is professional, communicative, and comfortable using technology to deliver exceptional service. Working remotely from 9 AM to 6 PM, you will collaborate with our team to uphold CubX’s commitment to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone and email to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and send professional invoices and billing statements using QuickBooks Online and other tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in billing systems, documenting all interactions and payment statuses.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure financial data integrity.
• Draft and send professional, polished emails to clients regarding payment schedules, overdue accounts, and billing updates.
• Monitor payment trends and follow up with clients on outstanding balances to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Participate in training sessions to develop and refine billing and accounts receivable skills.
• Adhere to company policies, including undergoing a background check and maintaining a professional remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients over the phone and via email.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload speed) and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail in drafting emails and managing client interactions.
• Ability to work 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
• No prior billing or accounts receivable experience required; CubX will provide comprehensive training.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients.

Compensation

• Base salary of $1,500 USD per month.
