Tallo is seeking a Product Management Intern that will be responsible for contributing to our Product team through design projects, UX research, process implementation and more. In addition to this, you will receive hands-on experience and collaborate with multiple departments in a professional environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
Competitive Analysis: Support Tallo’s innovation by completing competitive analyses of existing platforms and considering market trends. Share findings and recommendations on best ways to implement them.
Day-to-Day Product Maintenance: Support the product team by managing production issues, grooming tickets, and product documentation.
UX Research: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design and product decisions. Develop research strategies and methodologies across multiple projects while ensuring findings are applied and acted upon.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in the testing of new and existing features on the Tallo platform, providing detailed feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as assigned by Tallo team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no current formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing an education in User Experience, Product Management, or a related field from an accredited institution (including community college, trade school, bootcamp, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to create and maintain an active Tallo account.
Access to personal smartphone and laptop.
Familiarity with or willingness to use Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
Ability to clear a required background check.
Certificates and Licenses:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with building/measuring/learning development processes
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Familiarity with the Tallo platform and its features.
Experience with UX and product management tools such as Jira, Azure, Notion, Miro, Figma, and Canva

This is a home-based position
Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate this position will pay $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. This is a temporary/Internship role. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
