Work Location:  Remote - CA. Work location expectations are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.

Salary range:  A salary range of $175,000 - $180,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Oversight:
•Evaluate and approve credit requests, ensuring sound underwriting, appropriate structure, and alignment with the bank’s risk appetite.
•Collaborate closely with relationship managers to develop tailored financing solutions for clients, balancing growth opportunities with prudent risk management.
•Maintain an active understanding of market conditions, competitive positioning, and emerging risks in the C&I sector.  
Credit Administration & Portfolio Management:
•Ensure timely and accurate credit reviews, risk ratings, and covenant compliance tracking.
•Collaborate on portfolio performance reports to senior leadership and credit committees.

What Do You Need?

•5+ years of commercial credit experience.
•Proven expertise in credit administration and portfolio management, including risk assessment and problem loan management.
•Knowledge of industry dynamics, including regulatory considerations and financing structures.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial information and make well-reasoned credit decisions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).

Technology Skills:

  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank’s applications
