Overview:

2020 Companies has a remote Senior Experiential Program Manager opportunity representing our client, Meta.

Pay: $80,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive

Location: Reside in New York City or Dallas

Travel: Up to 40-60% (Domestic and occasional International)

We seek a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Experiential Program Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of pop-up events, brand activations, and immersive experiences that bring the Meta brand to life. This role requires an expert in event production, budget management, vendor sourcing, and brand ambassador oversight, with a passion for delivering memorable consumer engagements.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the full lifecycle of experiential marketing programs, focusing on pop-ups, mobile tours, and brand activations across key markets

  • Lead event strategy, site selection, permitting, logistics, and on-site execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Own event budgets from start to finish - including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and ROI analysis

  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, contractors, venues, fabrication partners, and other external partners

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage brand ambassadors and on-site staff to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality guest interactions

  • Oversee asset production and creative development (in coordination with internal creative or agency partners)

  • Collaborate with marketing, social, and PR teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all consumer touchpoints

  • Provide post-event reporting including KPIs, qualitative feedback, and recommendations for future programming

  • Manage travel planning and logistics for team members, talent, and event crews as needed

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, live event production, or brand activations

  • Proven track record managing pop-up experiences and large-scale activations from ideation through execution

  • Strong background in event budgeting, vendor management, and project planning

  • Experience managing on-site staff and brand ambassadors

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a cool-under-pressure attitude

  • Willingness to travel frequently, including nights/weekends as needed for activations

  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Google Workspace, MS Office, and event management software

  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth, or agency environment is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with retail partners or brand collaborations

  • Familiarity with experiential measurement tools and lead capture strategies

  • Understanding of brand strategy and creative production workflows
