Prenuvo is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing team as our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. This role will support community-building, engagement, and social interactions across our digital platforms, enhancing Prenuvo’s brand visibility, fostering community connections, and supporting our continued growth.

This role is remote however candidates must be located in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns that increase sales and revenue across the North American, EMEA, and APAC markets
  • Manage campaigns across various paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and Programmatic
  • Build reporting structures alongside the Senior Marketing Manager that tracks improvements in performance, spend, and other key metrics
  • Identify opportunities for scale where appropriate while helping manage a budget of $4 million/month
  • Liaise with the marketing operations team and the design team to ensure creative refreshes are done on a regular cadence
  • Support on proper A/B testing for creative refreshes, ad copy analysis, and new platform expansion when appropriate
  • Audit existing ad platforms and analyze performance

What You’ll Bring

  • Analytics, Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Familiar with developing and maintaining marketing dashboards in Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other analytics tools where necessary
  • Fundamental understanding of custom scripts in PMAX and other campaigns to gain additional insights outside of the regular reporting from Google Ads, etc
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metric
  • Use insights to refine campaign strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Working closely with the Senior Advertising Manager to find opportunities for performance improvement with a focus on ROAS and Revenue growth
  • Able to manage vendor relationships including Google, Meta, and Programmatic reps that drive actionable insights and performance improvement

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000-$105,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
