Job Purpose

We are seeking a driven and analytical Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the overall performance of our organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and instill a culture of continuous improvement.

Areas of Responsibility

Process Analysis:

Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of problems.

Data Analysis:

Gather and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Improvement Implementation:

Shadow experienced analysts in the development and implementation of process improvement solutions.
Assist in preparing materials for workshops and training sessions.
Track and document the progress of improvement initiatives.

Change Management:

Communicate the benefits of process changes to stakeholders.
Provide training and support to employees during the implementation of new processes.
Monitor the effectiveness of changes and make adjustments as needed.

Continuous Improvement Culture:

Encourage employees to identify and suggest process improvements.
Celebrate successes and share best practices.

Requirements

Degree in Data Science|Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related Technical field.
Demonstrated success in leading or participating in process improvement projects.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Project management skills to initiate, plan, execute, and close projects successfully.
