Requirements

5+ years of professional engineering experience, startup experience preferred
Strong coding skills in core backend technologies (e.g., Typescript, Go)
Hands-on experience with database technologies (e.g., Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB)
Proven experience building critical compliance tools in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry
Customer-focused approach, with a demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into elegant, scalable, and robust technical solutions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, legal, risk, operations) to implement compliance initiatives
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and their impact on product development and operations
Track record of delivering impactful solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment
At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
Be able to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).
