Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2,500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Position Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting lead outreach, managing CRM tracking, and contributing to promotional campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales and marketing career who's eager to grow, learn, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic, design-driven space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain prospect lists (event planners, venues, corporate event leads, etc.)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media platforms
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in a CRM or spreadsheet system
  • Assist with marketing initiatives - email campaigns, promotions, and social media content
  • Coordinate seasonal outreach efforts around holidays and peak event times
  • Foster strong client communication and ensure prospects feel engaged and informed

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM tools (Streak experience is a plus)
  • Confident in initiating cold or warm outreach to potential clients
  • Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, creative business
  • Able to work independently and manage daily tasks proactively


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in sales or marketing for events, hospitality, or creative services
  • Familiarity with design platforms or social media marketing tools
