Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm Experience supporting multiple executives and managing complex, dynamic calendars Proficient in Monday.com and/or Wrike (or other similar project management tools)

Core responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative assistance to consultants to support client delivery Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure consistent progress Track project milestones and coordinate task assignments via Monday.com and Wrike Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to collect or share project information Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project updates, action items, and decisions Ensure consultants and team members are aligned on task priorities and client deliverables Manage daily schedules across multiple executives’ calendars with accuracy and foresight Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared
