Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on SimPRO software. Demonstrated ability to generate and analyze reports using SimPRO. Experience in customizing software functionalities to meet specific client needs. Proficiency in SimPRO software, including reporting, data entry, and customization. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Core responsibilities:

Utilize SimPRO software to generate comprehensive reports, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Customize SimPRO functions and workflows to align with specific client requirements and operational needs. Perform precise data entry tasks, ensuring all information in SimPRO is accurate and up-to-date. Oversee and verify the accuracy of scheduling functions within SimPRO to optimize operational efficiency. Tag product and service descriptions in SimPRO to maintain consistent and detailed records. Collaborate with teams to ensure product and service information is correctly reflected in the system. Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports based on SimPRO data to support strategic decision-making. Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for improvements based on report findings.
