Job description

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and administrative excellence? Join our team as we support a US-based real estate appraiser in managing and optimizing the end-to-end process of property appraisal and client engagement. 

If you have a strong background in real estate administration, digital marketing, and project management, wed love to connect with you!

Responsibilities:

  • Support US based Real estate appraiser in the preparation and processing of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide administrative support by generating quotes and bids for orders.
  • Manage email communications, appointments, and project calendars.
  • Conduct pre-delivery reviews of appraisal reports for accuracy.
  • Enhance online visibility through reputation management and advertisements.
  • Assist in website upkeep and social media management.
  • Prepare appraisal reports using appraisal software and perform property data research.
  • Conduct neighborhood and market analyses, cost approaches, and comparative sales analyses.
  • Acquire leads through various online platforms and networking with real estate professionals.
  • Proficient in project management tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with appraisal software such as Total Alamode and ACI is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct property research and analysis.
  • 3 years proven experience in real estate administration, marketing, or a similar role
  • A strong understanding of commercial real estate principles, terminology, and processes is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in administrative support and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in project management and appraisal software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and optimization of google.

Working Conditions
