The role:
The Senior System Support Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, system administration, and ensuring the security and performance of operating systems and networks. The role involves day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, proactive maintenance, and responding to technical incidents and requests.
Qualifications:
● Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving IT- related issues.
● System Administration and OS management.
● Network Security and Network Configuration is also needed to ensure protection of IT infrastructure.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and remotely.
● Information Technology Services, or a related field is preferred as Experience field.
● Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
