Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive – IAM Solutions (Remote, EST)
Location: Remote (Must be based in Eastern Time Zone)

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with deep expertise in IAM to drive new business growth across enterprise accounts. This role is focused on new logo acquisition, responsible for selling our complete portfolio including Managed Services, Professional Services, Advisory Offerings, and Simeio IO.

You’ll be joining a team of industry experts and will play a key role in expanding Simeio’s footprint in the enterprise market across North America. This is a remote role but requires candidates to be located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients through a consultative sales approach

  • Develop and execute a territory plan focused on net new business generation

  • Articulate and demonstrate the value of Simeio’s IAM solutions, including Simeio IO

  • Partner closely with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and executive teams to tailor value-driven proposals

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and achieve or exceed assigned quota targets

  • Represent Simeio at key industry events and conferences

Requirements
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3+ years in IAM solutions (Managed Services, Advisory, or Professional Services)

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a new business-focused role

  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition within large, complex enterprise environments

  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, CyberArk, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
