The HR Generalist – Field Support serves as the contact for HR matters across retail stores. This role provides support to store teams and field leadership on employee relations, policy compliance, performance management, and staffing needs. The Generalist also plays a key role in supporting investigating workplace issues and driving consistent HR practices across the field.
This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about improving employee experience.
What you get to do every day:Employee Relations & Compliance Support the resolution of escalated store-level HR issues and concerns Participate in timely, objective investigations into employee complaints and policy violations Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws across all locations Track and analyze ER trends to identify risks and recommend proactive solutions Partner with Legal and HR leadership on complex employee relations matters
Field Leadership Support Support District and General Managers on coaching, performance management, and corrective action Support consistent application and understanding of policies and HR practices across the field. Support creation of performance documentation in collaboration with field leaders and Senior Director of Stores. Assist with workforce planning in partnership with field leaders
