About This Position:
We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Kitchen & Bath organization at Renovation Brands. This role will focus on supporting eCommerce initiatives and elevating brand experiences across kitchen and bath brands, with a focus on content for product marketing, promotional campaigns, email, web, and social platforms.
This role is in the center of a fast-paced, agile environment with a rapidly growing business, where speed, adaptability, collaboration, and innovation are key to success.
- Location: 100% Remote. (Required to work from any location within the USA.)
- Reports to: Director of Merchandising & Ecommerce.
- Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate across functions with emphasis within Merchandising team to create high-impact visuals that support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across RTA Cabinet Store, Decor Planet, and additional Kitchen & Bath brands.
- Develop on-brand assets for emails, banners, landing pages, product guides, catalogs, and sell sheets.
- Create visual content to support digital advertising, SEO content, blog creative, and social media storytelling.
- Help maintain a consistent brand aesthetic through the development and management of brand templates and design systems.
- Support the development of content for new product rollouts including color visualizations, line art, or modified product images.
- Stay current on design trends and competitive creative in the Kitchen & Bath space, applying insights to elevate brand identity.
- Participate in team meetings to align creative strategy with merchandising objectives.
- Leverage knowledge and experience with AI tools and platforms to explore and implement innovative design techniques and workflows that drive efficiency and creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of professional design experience within ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.
- An established design portfolio is required.
- Associate / bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leveraging AI as a tool for increasing output.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout—especially for digital applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistency and brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing within home improvement, home décor, or cabinetry.
- Working knowledge of web and email design best practices.
- Experience with basic video editing or animation.
- Interest in interior design, renovation, or kitchen & bath products.
