Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior HR Admin Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, strong administrative skills, and a proactive approach to HR support. You will be responsible for assisting in contractor onboarding and offboarding, managing HRIS data, supporting performance and engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll contractors and update contractor details in the HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Validate medical certificates and power/internet disruption reports.

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and consult with line managers when appropriate.

  • Accurately process Independent Contractor Agreements via Docusign.

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned HR administrative tasks.

  • Work closely with management and contractors to foster positive work relationships and promote morale, productivity, and retention.

  • Assist in evaluating and monitoring performance management programs.

  • Prepare HR-related reports for management use.

  • Participate in the creation of HR policies and analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive HR solutions.

  • Support employee engagement activities such as Week-in-Work (WIW) programs, project monitoring, and other initiatives.

  • Perform other related HR duties as required.



Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR administrative role.

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor.

  • Passionate about HR and committed to continuous learning and development.




Salary: Php 20,000
