About the Job

The DACH Sales Representative role is focused on the development and expansion of sales in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving commercial actions, improving product visibility, and strengthening customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing sales networks, coordinating with internal teams, attending industry events, and overseeing the creation and presentation of commercial offers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the commercial network, including agents and direct customers.
  • Identify and appoint agents, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Follow up on leads from fairs, databases, and other sources.
  • Maintain detailed commercial reports on activities, visits, and travels.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and conventions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer relationships and project delivery.

Requirements
Profile Requirements
  • Education: Higher-level qualification in a commercial field; additional studies in lighting and ventilation are advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar position.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English (oral and written).
  • Key Competencies:

Benefits
Working Conditions
  • Labor Contract: Indefinite, with a 6-month trial period.
  • Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8 H TO 14 H and 15 H to 17:30 H, and Fri 8 H to 14 H
  • Travel: Approximately 50% travel required within the DACH region.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: To be discussed with candidates selected to interview. Please provide your salary expectation in the application questionnaire.
  • Bonus: Up to 30% of gross annual salary, tied to turnover growth targets.
