You are ready if you have:

  • Law degree from an accredited law school

  • Certification in data protection (e.g. CIPP/E or similar) is desirable.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data protection and privacy law.

  • Proven track record in managing data protection teams and providing strategic data protection advice.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with SaaS and data protection compliance.

  • Understanding data protection technologies and functions, especially within an IT environment.

  • Familiarity with international data protection regulations, especially GDPR. and compliance standards.


We are ready, and within our team, you will:

  • Lead the data protection division, ensuring efficient and compliant practices.

  • Make strategic decisions for mid-risk data protection cases.

  • Manage the data protection budget and authorize expenditures.

  • Provide expert consultation within the sector based on extensive data protection experience.

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data protection policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.

  • Create, maintain, and update data protection policies and procedures.
