Job description

About the role

 

We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join Simetrik to help us scale our partnerships strategy and build strategic relationships with partners in LATAM, maintain positive relationships with allies and internal customers. This role will be highly relevant in the team, you will be responsible to develop initiatives to hunt sales and service partners and to align with internal management teams when to involve a partner, timing, risks, resources, scope of projects and trends.


Responsibilities

  • End-to-end negotiation experience, including developing and executing successful deals with strategic relationships with value added resellers, implementers, referrals, among others.
  • Strengthen relationships with current Simetrik partners.
  • Support and Manage the execution of current projects with Service Partners
  • Be part of the development and creation of partnership strategies bringing in best practices, market/industry knowledge and experience.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to scale Simetrik's Partner Program, and ensure and ensure this plan is in line with the overall Simetrik strategy and Partner drivers and willingness to work with us.
  • Analyze market and research industry and competitor's partner strategy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven relationship with Partner network in the region, consulting firms, resellers, VARs, among others.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and effortlessly with clients, partners, internal stakeholders and team members of all levels.
  • Strong collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation skills, having closed partnerships within and outside Brazil.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
