We are currently searching for a SAP Payroll:

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design tailored solutions within the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system.
  • Translate business needs into detailed system design specifications for development teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of payroll system designs, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance to Payroll Teams on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to empower end-users on system workflows and optimization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration, design, or implementation.
  • Proven expertise in system design for large-scale payroll solutions within the SAP/SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities, deliver projects on time, and work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and new technical challenges.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
