Job Description

The Technical Business Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in security and compliance initiatives, managing a diverse technology portfolio including SOX compliance tools, Archer GRC, Mend scanning, Fortify security assessments, certificate management, system patches/upgrades, and security and performance remediation across enterprise-wide systems. This role bridges the gap between technical implementation teams and business stakeholders to ensure security protocols are maintained while minimizing business disruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document requirements for SOX compliance activities, including control testing and remediation tracking
  • Analyze and document requirements for the Archer GRC platform to support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
  • Translate vulnerability findings from Mend scans into clear, actionable user stories for development teams
  • Document and prioritize security vulnerabilities identified in Fortify static application security testing (SAST)
  • Create user stories and requirements for digital certificate lifecycle management processes
  • Develop requirements and acceptance criteria for patch management and system upgrade initiatives
  • Facilitate security remediation initiatives by translating technical needs into business requirements
  • Document performance issues and requirements for performance remediation activities
  • Create integration requirements for enterprise-wide systems, ensuring clear acceptance criteria
  • Develop and document requirements for NuGet package versioning, updates, and dependency resolution
  • Maintain detailed tracking systems for all compliance and security findings
  • Create technical documentation to support remediation processes and compliance requirements
  • Liaise between technical development teams and business stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on remediation progress, compliance status, and potential risks
  • Support testing activities by developing comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $$70,500-$111,450 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role
