Job Overview:

We are seeking a Super Solid Senior .NET Developer with extensive hands-on experience and a proven track record in the Banking, Finance, and Insurance domain. This is a customer-facing individual contributor role, where the candidate will be expected to write production-grade code and play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Integrate with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and PEGA Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust .NET applications.

• Actively participate in customer discussions, requirement analysis, and technical decision-making.

• Integrate with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and PEGA Systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and deployment.

• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and high performance in all development efforts.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of strong development experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, etc.).

• Proven expertise in the Banking, Finance, or Insurance domain.

• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and PEGA Systems is mandatory.

• Strong experience in working as an Individual Contributor with the ability to handle end-to-end development.

• Excellent communication and client interaction skills; prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.

• Deep understanding of system integration, architecture, and enterprise-level development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Experience working in globally distributed teams is a plus.
