Intelligence-fueled.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect. In Power Platform emphasis on developing and implementing governance strategies, best practices, and customized Power Apps solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in leveraging the Power Apps Studio and Power Platform Admin Center to assist customers with architectural design, troubleshoot existing applications, and establish governance frameworks tailored to organizational needs. In Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement there should be a background on reviewing for and assessing performance and stability optimizations, and an in-depth understanding of how customers configure functionality and customize Dynamics to meet their business processes.
Qualifications
Experience Level: Intermediate to expert in Power Platform governance, administration, and Power Apps development. Background experience in Dynamics 36 customer service and sales functionality, customizations and administration.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence Starter Kit configuration. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development will be required. Omnichannel knowledge and experience would be a benefit.
Power Platform Technologies: Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform components.
Enterprise Focus: Demonstrated experience in deployment, administration and support within large-scale environments.
Training & Troubleshooting: Skilled in delivering technical training and resolving complex application issues.

Administration and Governance experience
Administer and support Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
Deep understanding of Dataverse, governance strategies, environment planning, and security.
Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions with canvas app and model driven app development and architecture.
Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions with internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) via Solutions.
Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and other sources.
Ability to provide technical training and guide customers through architectural decisions for custom Power Apps solutions.
Awareness of Centre of Excellence concepts with monitoring and adherence.
