What you will do in this role

As an Customer Service Consultant (m/f/d) in our team you will:

  • Be in daily contact with various customers of the pharmaceutical industry and support them with all service requests around pharmaceutical products.
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation.
  • Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Once the customer is happy, document the interaction in the customer database.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in Serbian in speech and writing.
  • Have also good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
  • You are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.
  • Can flexibly cover the service hours which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system.
  • Are confident in using a PC.
  • Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Hesse, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered.
  • Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace. 

Ideally you already have:

  • Experience in customer service. 
  • Previous knowledge in the field of medicine, nursing or healthcare.
  • You even have medical training.
