Job Description

Position Overview: The Software Engineer II will be responsible for the Concentrix Payhub Project, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain systems using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Analyze existing code and improve its performance and reliability.
Implement file transfer technologies to ensure secure and efficient data exchange.
Develop and maintain applications using PHP, Visual Studio with VB and C#.
Integrate and utilize APIs to enhance functionality and data exchange.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Python development for backend processes and system automation.
• Proficiency in PHP, C#, and VB.
• Experience with file transfer technologies (e.g., FTP, SFTP, HTTP).
• Strong analytical skills for existing code analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 
Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with API integration and development.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to supplement the design and development of solutions.
