The Associate Global Quality Documentation is responsible for supporting the implementation and improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team.

Core Responsibilities:

· Global Quality Documentation Systems – Support implementation and improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team.

· Training – Support training on new systems and processes. Develop and maintain global documentation training materials, schedules, and records. Support knowledge management of global document teams identifying and addressing training needs.

· Project Team Member – Key team member for global documentation projects.

· Customer Support - Interact and respond to customers as necessary in a professional and positive manner leading to a positive experience for our customer in every interaction.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements: (keep it up to 7 max)

· English fluency, both written and spoken

· Bachelors or Associates degree or demonstrated experience in quality, operations, or regulatory areas.

· Confirmed ability to work well independently with minimal supervision; actively seeks mentorship when needed to maintain progress on assignments.

· Experience leading and/or working on projects.

· Experience developing training materials and delivering training.

· Excellent computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, web-based applications, experience with SalesForce, Intelex, SAP and TraceGains is a plus.

· Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Able to identify and implement creative, innovative solutions when appropriate.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
