Qualifications

Registered in Connecticut as a Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, or License Marriage and Family Associate.
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiar with evidence-based practices
Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy for patient safety and to meet HIPAA requirements

Responsibilities

40 hours per week made up of 10 non-clinical and 30 clinical hours per week
Provide weekly individual therapy
Deliver Vita’s care pathways that you will be trained in
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
Additional duties as assigned
Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend hours required
Ongoing engagement with team activities and supervision/learning

Compensation: $50k - $63k annually

Compensation is based on years of experience and other credentials.
