About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Head of Design and Branding who will take full ownership of all design-related tasks across the business. While the majority of the work will revolve around digital assets—primarily web design and email templates—there will also be occasional needs for print collateral such as business cards, brochures, or leaflets. This role requires someone highly experienced and versatile, capable of delivering consistent and high-quality visual output across both digital and print mediums.
We are looking for a creative leader who not only has technical expertise but also a deep understanding of branding, particularly within the luxury space. The ideal candidate should have a refined aesthetic sensibility and a strong appreciation for maintaining and evolving the brand's visual identity, ensuring every asset—whether on the website or in print—aligns with the brand’s tone, values, and positioning.
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically capable but also inspired and inspiring—a designer who takes initiative, offers insight, and contributes to the ongoing growth and evolution of the brand.
Work hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PH Time

What you’ll do:
Lead the design and execution of all brand-related materials, with a primary focus on web design (desktop and mobile), e-commerce platforms, and digital advertising creatives (social media ads, display ads, etc.).
Develop and maintain a consistent brand visual language across all digital and marketing assets, adhering to and evolving the Steven Stone brand guidelines.
Design engaging and effective digital advertising creatives that capture attention, communicate key messages, and drive desired actions.
Develop and implement design solutions for e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing online shopping experience.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, e-commerce best practices, and advertising design innovations.
Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms.
Proactively contribute ideas to enhance design output and overall brand presence
Fulfill design briefs with a high level of detail and quality
Make informed suggestions for design improvements, rather than just following instructions
Act as a thought partner—someone who collaborates closely with the team to elevate the creative direction
Provide valuable input on UI/UX, particularly around website structure, layout, and the user journey
Understand how design impacts user behavior, engagement, and conversion
