Key responsabilities:

  • Collaborate with the compliance team to manage plan administration for clients.
  • Utilize compliance software for IRS mandated testing of defined contribution plans.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns, plan documents, and other necessary filings for clients.
  • Explain plan designs and address client questions to ensure understanding of their plans.

Role: Compliance Associate (Retirement Industry) 

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Philippine Time

Work set up: Work from Home



Responsibilities

· Work with other members of the compliance team to handle plan administration for our clients.

· Utilize our compliance software to perform IRS mandated testing for defined contribution plans.

· Assist in preparing tax returns, plan documents and amendments, as well as other filings, on behalf of our clients.

· Effectively explain plan designs and address questions to ensure our clients fully understand their individualized plans.

· Other administrative projects as needed.



Qualifications

· Undergraduate degree from a 4-year college required.

· Candidates with a degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Math or similar fields are encouraged to apply.

· Meticulous attention to detail.

· Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interface with clients. (English language required.)

· Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate Excel skills is preferred.

· Desire to function as part of a team with the ability to self-motivate to meet client demands.

· Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
