Job description

Our U.S.-based partner client is a trusted supplier of medical equipment, specializing in high-quality reconditioned hospital beds and stretchersavailable for both rental and purchase. They focus on providing current and recent models to meet the evolving needs of healthcare facilities.

As a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator, youll be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, assisting with marketing campaigns, and executing targeted outreach initiatives. If youre a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and an interest in both sales and marketing, this role is for you!

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualify inbound leads

  • Prospect new opportunities using tools like ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn, etc., and update HubSpot

  • Continuously research and gather contact info for new leads

  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the Account Executive

  • Meet quarterly activity targets

  • Support email marketing: list building, content, and strategy

  • Analyze and extract insights from HubSpot data

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 35 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or similar role

  • Strong sales or cold calling background

  • Working in a hospitality environment is a plus

  • Proficiency in CRM and data tools (HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google, etc.)

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, sorting, pivot tables)

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

  • Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus, but not required
