Join AFS-USA as a Regional Field Specialist!

AFS-USA increases global competency through study abroad programs, hosting foreign exchange students, and global learning workshops. Our team collaborates nationwide to deliver high-quality programs and global education resources.

Are you passionate about global education and cultural exchange? AFS-USA is seeking a dedicated Regional Field Specialist (RFS) to join our remote Field Team. You will work with staff and volunteers to achieve hosting goals and ensure compliance with regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure timely placements for international exchange students.
Generate host family leads to meet placement goals.
Support with the management of incoming hosting leads
Adhere to DoS and AFS regulations.
Lead and integrate volunteers in hosting processes.
Manage hosting functions in volunteer teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
Experience with CRM and social media for business.

WORK EXPECTATIONS:

AFS USA work hours are generally from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday EST.

SALARY:

$50,000/Annually plus benefits including: medical, dental, vision, and PTO
