Job Title: TSDS Systems Analyst – Product Support Analyst 2
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
Contract Duration: 12 Months+ (Multi Year Project)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled TSDS Systems Analyst with strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and technical issue resolution. This role will be fully remote and will focus on supporting enterprise-level education systems, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements
  • Review objectives with stakeholders and validate against performance criteria
  • Document and track bugs, coordinating with development teams for resolution
  • Ensure functionality, usability, and compliance are met prior to releases
  • Maintain testing documentation and communicate findings to project leads
Production Review:
  • Perform post-deployment checks for stability and function in live systems
  • Investigate and document production issues, perform root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with developers to resolve system performance issues
  • Verify patches and new features post-release
  • Recommend improvements to maintain quality and minimize issues
Customer Support:
  • Analyze and resolve complex escalated support tickets (Level 3 support)
  • Collaborate with teams to debug and resolve software issues
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and validate fixes before rollout
  • Provide feedback and training to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
  • Communicate ticket progress and resolutions clearly with stakeholders
 
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:

Years Required/Preferred Experience
7 Required Testing Methodologies and Tools: Proficiency in UAT processes, test plan creation, and familiarity with QA tools.
7 Required Experience with system architectures, databases, and scripting languages to facilitate effective testing and troubles
7 Required Exceptional working knowledge of testing tools/softwares (i.e. SQL, JIRA, Swagger, Postman, TOAD, etc)
7 Required Knowledge of industry-specific domains:(i.e. Education, Data Standards, Texas Education Requirements, TEA, etc)
5 Required Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve defects during testing/prod review
5 Required The ability to meticulously examine test results, document findings, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
5 Required Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
5 Required Prior experience in handling escalated support tickets or working in high-level technical support roles.
7 Preferred Detail-oriented with a focus on quality standards.
5 Preferred Technical knowledge of system architectures and scripting.
5 Preferred Experience in automated testing frameworks.
