Position Summary:
Swiftly is a growing organization and is looking for a senior data analyst to join our team to help support our retail media platform. This role will be responsible for performance reporting supporting advertising programs as well as collaborating with the analytics team on a variety of initiatives.


Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with media sales team to support pre-sales insights and analytics for client proposals
  • Work with cross team members to manage operational data flow, including the creation of custom campaign audiences and the identification and uploading of UPCs 
  • Responsible for producing campaign summary reports for advertisers that include detailed analysis, insights and recommendations 
  • Support with daily monitoring of digital performance, pulling out key trends and anomalies that allow the team to identify untapped opportunities or mitigate risk as they build out plans  
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on campaign performance, supporting the optimization of our media programs 
  • Provide Q&A support for tools used by analytics team.  Confirm proper tracking setup and help with the extraction of data sets: Tools include Google Analytics, Facebook, AppsFlyer and others 
  • Other related duties as assigned

  • Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in retail, CPG or grocery analytics
  • Deep understanding of standard ad industry metrics, campaign reporting, measuring effectiveness, and advertiser-focused objectives 
  • Highly organized, responsive and detail oriented
  • Outstanding client facing skills, including managing communications, addressing requests and QA 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders  

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Econometrics, or a related discipline   
  • Tableau experience: Proven track record for building customer visible reports, dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate insights  
  • SQL experience: Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models to support advertising decisions
