Position Summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on sourcing and placing field-based talent, particularly in medical sales and clinical support roles. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience and help maintain a high standard of quality in every hire.


Responsibilities
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and other recruiting platforms

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Support onboarding processes and maintain communication with new hires

  • Assist in drafting and updating job postings and job descriptions

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on outreach strategies and candidate engagement initiatives

  • Provide timely updates and reporting on recruiting activities and progress


Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, B2B or a related administrative function (internship or office experience encouraged)

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and collaborative team player with a willingness to learn

  • An interest in the healthcare, medical device, or talent acquisition fields is a plus
  • Must reside in the United States
