THE OPPORTUNITY

Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking a Tech Ops Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for leading various projects and initiatives within the Tech Ops function while also collaborating cross-functionally across the organization. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Coordinate and lead successful projects (mid-size, mid-complexity, some customization) from start to finish 
  • Utilizing Smartsheet, create the project plan and schedule with accurate duration estimates and resource requirements. Manage the schedule with the Tech Ops team from start to finish, including: 
  • Prioritize tasks within the project, set deadlines, track hours 
  • Manage project scope; adjust via change control processes as required 
  • Assign project resources and manage to ensure deliverables will be met 
  • Deliver project on time and on budget 
  • Meet internal/client quality standards 
  • Forecast when projects will close so revenue can be recognized 
  • Coordinate efforts of various teams as required to deliver project under a shared resource model and matrixed environment 
  • Report and manage internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Facilitate and execute project using Riskonnect tools and methodology 
  • Provide execution on needed tasks as it relates to acquisitions 
  • Evaluate and provide analytics to determine future staff planning 
  • Assist all teams with case management responsibilities 
  • Provide support for budgeting requirements from Finance. 
  • Other duties as assigned  

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • External Project management Experience, preferably with a high volume of clients 
  • 3-5 years' work experience, particularly in a software/data environment 
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet or other project management software 
  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and analytical skills 
  • Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure with changes 
  • Adjusts and works efficiently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, environment
