This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 15 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday; 12 PM - 3 PM AEST

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the renewable energy sector in a key administrative role. You’ll be instrumental in managing crucial documentation for solar installations while ensuring compliance with government rebate programs. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll handle vital data management tasks and help streamline operational processes. This role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to expand both hours and responsibilities as the company continues to scale.

Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain detailed documentation for solar installation projects
  • Manage data entry across multiple specialized solar industry platforms
  • Handle compliance documentation for government rebate programs
  • Maintain and organize records using Google Workspace tools
  • Support the development and maintenance of customer tracking systems
  • Assist in streamlining administrative workflows
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on process improvements
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in solar industry is a plus but not required
