This is a remote position.
Process and verify court documents and legal filings
Create and review legal affidavits based on filed cases
Manage internal email communications and organize legal documents
Record and implement special instructions for process serving
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information and requirements
Apply legal knowledge to ensure accurate document processing and verification
Full-time (35–40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week)
Working U.S. Central Time Zone hours (Houston, TX)
Internal communications only — no direct client contact
Remote work with company-provided computer and internet access
Higher-tier responsibility level focused on legal document verification
Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is required
Strong understanding of U.S. legal terminology and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and proactively
