Job description

Contract: 9 months fixed-term contract, full time
Location: London (remote-working)

About the role


The Marketing Executive role will contribute to achieving the Language sales budget for the UK and Ireland by coordinating all marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will be creating product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value to our target audience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and promote new products in the UK and Ireland. Part of your role will be developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate B2B leads and opportunities for the Language business development team, using marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and follow-up processes.

  • Email Marketing - create copy, set up campaigns and segment data for B2B email marketing campaigns. Provide fact-checking, copy-editing and formatting expertise during their creation in HubSpot CRM.
  • Marketing Editorial  - write and proof-read marketing copy (press releases, reviews etc) to help increase the Trinity brand presence in the market.
  • Social Media Management - Manage and curate content for our social media channels and manage online content calendar to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Website CMS Management – manage our website's Content Management System (CMS) for all UK and Ireland Language pages, while championing User Experience (UX) principles to enhance website usability, engagement, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Print/Digital Design Management – work with internal teams and external suppliers to fulfil all print and digital asset requirements for internal or external marketing channels. 
  • Analytics and Reporting – analyse marketing data and prepare reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement. Use insights to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Representation and Coordination – support the Business Development team in the organisation and management of conference attendance and Trinity-hosted webinars and events; represent Trinity at key industry events as needed.

About you

  • Education/Qualification Degree or equivalent; relevant professional qualification desirable e.g. CIM
  • Experience of using CRM systems to run targeted email marketing campaigns, using automation and workflows to streamline processes. Experience with Hubspot desirable
  • Experience of undertaking market research to support Marketing and Business Development strategy
  • Experience and understanding of how to use digital reporting systems to measure marketing activity and implement improvements
  • Experience of using software for content creation e.g. Canva, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Ability to write effective copy for marketing purposes, with a good eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and people skills
  • Demonstrable ability of multi-tasking and managing workload in a very busy work environment, whilst adhering to deadlines
