Responsibilities
•    Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Front-End and Back-End Developers, as well as Product Managers to integrate accessibility features into products from the ground up. 
•    Stay up to date with the latest developments in web and mobile software standards, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our offerings.  


Requirements

•    5-7 years of experience as a Front End Software Engineer.
•    Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG and ARIA.
•    Strong proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
•    Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and TypeScript.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    Ability to write clear documentation and conduct training sessions
•    Familiarity with assistive technologies and their use in web environments. 
•    Ability to work on projects without defined structure and participate in investigation and implementation of new technologies. 
•    Ability to present your work, clearly express your design, and constructively provide design feedback to others.
•    Experience and ability to provide mentoring to less senior developers


Desired Skills
•    Experience with automated testing and CI/CD integration
•    Experience working in an Agile development environment
•    Advanced knowledge of React ecosystem and state management libraries
•    Experience developing enterprise-focused B2B software applications


Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
