Job Description

In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, hospital, home&public market segments.

The Indirect Channel Manager Emergency Care has direct accountability on the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within DACH and will lead the business together with our partners across the region. Your job:

  • Managing business performance KPI’s for the Home & Public portfolio in the DACH region.

  • Set and deploy performance targets for each of the partners (Order intake & sales).

  • Directly manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in DACH

  • Drive consistent financial forecasting and demand planning together with all partners in DACH.

  • Channeling the customers voice into upstream business propositions.

  • Ensuring consistent customer experience, value and satisfaction.

  • Develop relationships and represent Philips home & public portfolio in discussions with NGO´s, key opinion leaders and relevant trade associations.

  • Identifying change, regional trends, competitors and develop appropriate response plans.

  • Responsible for structuring strategic deals in DACH and preparing the appropriate business case. 

  • Developing and implementing business plans in cooperation with the Home & public leader Europe and other relevant colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.

  • Collaborate on the execution of the European marketing plan.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need an entrepreneurial, customer-first attitude and the following:

  • 7+ years commercial experience and customer satisfaction.

  • A strong track record of reaching business KPI´s.

  • Proven experience of working with different business models and sales channels through partners challenging status quo.

  • Solid experience in defining and deploying business plans with proven impact with partners.

  • Enjoy working in a large matrix organization and keeping stakeholders informed on the home & public business.

  • Experience within the Emergency Care business and distribution partners is a plus but not a must.

  • Native/fluent German communication skills, fluent English communication.
