Responsibilities:

Undertake intricate design and drafting tasks with a high degree of proficiency and autonomy.
Translate written specifications provided by Sales, Project Managers, and Homeowners into detailed drawings and models.
Collaborate closely with direct supervisors to ensure precision in models, adherence to drafting standards, and thoroughness in design documentation.
Execute project tasks efficiently within defined scope, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
Manage the processing of revision requests for drawings and renderings.
Prepare, submit, and oversee permit packages for regulatory approval, maintaining diligent follow-up with relevant jurisdictions.
Facilitate the acquisition of engineer-certified "wet stamp" documents as required.
Coordinate seamlessly with engineering firms to produce and finalize environmentally critical area reports.
Develop comprehensive site plans for construction projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Skillfully draft and render designs for residential construction projects, maintaining a commitment to quality and precision throughout the process.
