To thrive in this role, you will need:

To be at least 18 years old.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a single role in healthcare or claims.
A solid track record of reliability—no absences in your first 90 days.
Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute.
A hardwired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download).
