The Senior Incentive Expert role serves as a key Business Partner to Process Solutions leadership. The role supports the Process Solutions Territory Management & Sales Incentive team in developing, implementing and administering Sales Incentive Plans across the APAC Region. This position can be based anywhere in APAC region (excluding China & Australia/New Zealand), and reports directly to the Incentive Director.
Your Role
The Senior Incentive Expert is responsible in driving the adoption and evolution of Sales Incentive Compensation tools. The role will work closely with sales management and finance to create and manage the deployment of individual sales targets based on Annual Operating Plan. Key responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Ensuring accurate and timely Sales Incentive Plan payments and managing quarterly closing activities effectively.
Maintaining data integrity using our global tools and ensuring compliance with all relevant global policies/procedures related to quality.
Collaborating closely with sales management, finance, HR, IT and payroll to manage all activities associated with quarterly sales incentive payout process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Advising and interacting with sales management, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales incentive-related questions regarding outstanding payments in APAC region.
Executing assigned project as needed and recommend and deliver process improvements.
Who You Are
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or related field.
Minimal of 5-7 years of experience in financial or data analysis, with a preference for experience in sales incentives.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across different functions.
Proven experience in effectively influencing business partners at all levels.
Previous experience translating business strategy into Sales Incentive program is a plus.
Strong advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work with multiple data sources, such as reporting and visualization tools (SFDC, foundry, sales and orders, tableau…)
Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail.
A strong sense of confidentiality for handling sensitive data.
Business-fluent English skills, with proficiency in written Chinese is a plus.
