Responsibilities

  • Determine scope and manage workflow in the setup and maintenance of data integrations
  • Implement 834 eligibility files, flat files, and other connectivity within expected delivery timeframes
  • Request and collect file specifications, account structures, and transmission credentials from vendors
  • Analyze account structure documentation and file specifications to develop mapping and translations of data elements
  • Configure file feeds per carrier and client requirements
  • Perform full test cycles of all file feeds and carry out specific testing scenarios as required by carriers and other third parties
  • Communicate and collaborate with insurance carriers, clients, partners, and internal teams throughout the implementation of new integrations
  • Monitor sftp transmission and troubleshoot issues with delivery and receipt of data
  • Provide support to a high volume of clients for ongoing data exchange processes, including but not limited to resolution of technical discrepancies and file transfer failures

Qualifications

  • Ability to sort through complex subject material and independently investigate, troubleshoot, determine appropriate resolution for issues, and ultimately solve problems through root-cause analysis
  • Proven experience producing results in a fast-paced environment. You will frequently be dealing with tight deadlines and will be expected to get things done efficiently without sacrificing quality; impeccable organizational skills, time management, and prioritization are fundamental
  • Strong communication skills, specifically with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easyto-understand language
  • Comfortable dealing with large data sets and able to effectively manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment, without compromising accuracy of data integrity
  • Expert in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas & functions)
  • Easily adapt to learning new software, tools, and applications
  • Maintain knowledge of EDI file transmission practices, employee benefits, and insurance terminology

Base salary range is $60K to 70K, depending on experience.
