In the Associate Finance Manager position, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining financial models that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with operations and technology teams to provide actionable insights and ensure the accuracy of financial forecasts and reports. Your expertise in financial modeling will be essential in driving the company's financial health and growth. Please note, this is a not a people management role.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership with Leaders
· Play a key role in supporting executive leadership decision making within the Operations & Technology teams
· Drive strong financial stewardship to increase profitability; providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance
· Collaborate with leaders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support
Financial Modeling and Analytics
· Build and maintain profitability models to assess the financial impact of various business initiatives
· Create and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making related for cash flow management, business operations, and technology investments
· Own financial metrics dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making
· Conduct scenario analysis to assess business risks and opportunities under different conditions
· Ensure existing financial models are accurate and reflect current financial scenarios
Monthly Responsibilities (Financial Performance and Budget Analysis)
· Prepare and present monthly financial updates for operations and technology including budget vs actuals
· Highlight key drivers of performance and support executing actionable recommendations
· Work closely with engineering to evaluate and prioritize CAPEX projects, providing financial insights and analysis
· Develop and maintain CAPEX report by ensuring accuracy and timeliness
· Assist in the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financials
Ad Hoc Projects
· Lead the automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
· Assist in preparing quarterly board materials
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Expert financial modeling skills

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
