You will work with candidates and Hiring Managers to conduct interviews and guide the hiring process in order to ensure a smooth transition from application to hire. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring smooth execution from initial candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including proprietary systems (e.g., Paradox), job boards, and community-based networks.
  • Define job requirements, qualifications, and ideal candidate profiles in alignment with hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes to assess qualifications and alignment with role expectations. Communicate position details clearly to ensure candidate understanding and engagement.
  • Conduct daily video-based behavioral interviews, evaluating candidates against job criteria and presenting top talent to hiring managers.
  • Maintain hiring pace of up to 50 hires per month, ensuring timely and quality placements.
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics to meet recruitment goals and organizational benchmarks.


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment; experience in retail or staffing agency environments is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and comfortable navigating web-based tools and platforms
  • Preferably someone who is resides in the Northeast region.
