Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy, quick learner based in Indonesia or the Philippines to join us as a Tech Agent. In this role, you'll support customers via various platforms, provide first-level technical help, monitor systems, maintain knowledge bases, and ensure service standards are met — all while delivering excellent customer service in English.

This is a remote, full-time role (44 hours/week) with occasional virtual or in-person team meetups.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate as needed.
  • Handle device setup, enrollment, and system alerts.
  • Keep internal documentation up to date.
  • Deliver support within SLA guidelines with strong English communication.


What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent English fluency (IELTS/TOEFL a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS/mobile).
  • Basic IT knowledge and eagerness to grow in tech support.


Must-Have Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or Active Directory.
  • Basic experience in any programming language with good logic.


Nice to Have

  • PowerShell or scripting language experience.
  • Familiarity with SCCM, remote support, or endpoint management.
