We’re looking for a visionary, execution-focused executive to lead our global services organization and drive the successful delivery of AI SaaS solutions to our customers. This leader will bring deep expertise in delivering analytics-driven services to market leaders in financial services and adjacent industries. With a dual focus on internal transformation and customer impact, the role will champion enterprise-wide innovation while guiding customers through their AI-powered decisioning journeys — helping them unlock business value, gain deeper insights and solve complex problems with greater speed and accuracy.


The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering meaningful change at scale, having successfully led global teams, overseen budgets, and implemented high-impact digital strategies within complex, regulated environments. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the Eastern U.S. to align with team collaboration and time zone requirements.


What You’ll Do

Strategic & Technology Leadership

  • Lead and scale cross-functional technology and transformation teams, overseeing global programs and budgets
  • Champion enterprise-wide digital transformation across both customer-facing and internal processes, embedding data-driven decision-making and AI-first principles.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive stakeholders to align delivery, insights, and platforms with business goals.


Data Science & Analytics Leadership

  • Own enterprise data strategy, architecture, and applied data science capabilities, including analytics, AI, and ML.
  • Build and lead high-impact data science teams that unlock commercial value and improve customer outcomes.


Professional Services & Customer Delivery

  • Oversee global professional services and customer delivery functions to ensure consistency, quality, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive the evolution from manual, high-touch services to tech-enabled, scalable delivery models.


Digital Transformation & Change Management

  • Lead the introduction and adoption of platforms, onboarding tools, knowledge systems, and internal dashboards to streamline operations.
  • Drive organizational change, embracing continuous learning and fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation.
  • Serve as a transformation catalyst—identifying opportunities to leverage emerging tech, reduce risk, and drive growth.


Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills

  • 15+ years of leadership in data, digital transformation, or services—preferably in SaaS, enterprise software or financial services with a background in management consulting
  • Proven success managing large-scale global teams and operational budgets.
  • Expertise in: AI & Machine Learning, Cloud Modernization & Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics Strategy, Scaled Service Delivery Models, Change Management & Operational Excellence, Executive Stakeholder Engagement
  • Executive presence with strong communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
