Job description

At Via Benefits of WTW, we are dedicated to creating exceptional participant experiences including our native mobile apps for iOS and Android that delight our customers. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Manager – Mobile Apps to join our team and drive the development of new, innovative features that will enhance our existing mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Strategy: Develop and execute a Mobile App product strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer needs. Identify opportunities for new features and enhancements to our existing mobile apps.

· Customer Focus: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences. Use this information to prioritize feature development and ensure our apps exceed customer expectations.

· Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release of new features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

· Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify and implement innovative solutions that will set our mobile apps apart from the competition.

· Collaboration: Work closely with technology leaders, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define feature requirements and ensure a seamless user experience. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams. Collaboration with Engineering teams that are at our offshore locations is a key requirement.

· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of new features. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve our mobile apps.

· Project Management: Stay involved in the end-to-end development process, from ideation to launch. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

· Hands On: To successfully collaborate with remote colleagues at multiple time zones, the job requires attending regular meetings, Scrum rituals, and working sessions every day.
