The Digital Team you’ll work with, is a cross-functional powerhouse responsible for all digital touchpoints along the customer journey, from brand awareness to customer advocacy. We’re a team of 60+ professionals, each specializing in their area, so you’ll have the proper guidance in adjacent fields like events, market development, brand, and campaign management, and you won’t need to be a human Swiss Army knife (unless you want to be).

A social media specialist with at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing for B2B, creating engaging content plans that boost traffic and post performance
Hands-on with social media strategy and implementation
A hands-on content executor, assisting in creating and publishing social media posts across сompany social profiles
A proactive social listener, monitoring and engaging in relevant industry conversations
A trusted support system for organic exposure, assisting with ad-hoc requests to maximize content reach

A team player with a sharp eye for detail

AND YOU WANT TO

Distribute the content and invent new approaches to achieve the goals of global campaigns
Cooperate with the Digital team and stakeholders to ensure consistency across all platforms, and stay connected to key discussions
Recommend building custom content plans for colleagues that will drive traffic, generate interaction, clicks, and conversions
Develop engaging visual and video assets that enhance social media organic presence
Manage ad-hoc organic promotion
Cooperate with social media specialists from HR marketing to conduct posting tactics and deliver balanced content
Work with a social media specialist who will guide you, and together you co-create the best approaches and tactics for the company's social media and employee advocacy program
